All of our sandwiches, baguettes, salads and wraps are made-to-order so really are as fresh as possible.  We use locally-sourced, seasonal produce wherever possible and pride ourselves in offering some of the healthiest takeaway and delivery options in Colchester.

Baguettes are baked daily in the shop and our bread is delivered early each morning by a local baker.

Healthy Eating is Easy at Feast

There are lots of healthy and low-calories options on our menu.  Our bread is freshly-baked very early each day and has far less preservative than bread you would buy in a supermarket.  Our salads contain at least three of the recommended five daily portions of fruit and veg.

Feast’s menu includes plenty of vegetarian options marked with a green “V” to make them easier to spot.  Vegan adaptations are available on request.

If there is an ingredient you’re trying to avoid or something you’d like to eat more of we are always happy to bespoke your lunch, just have a chat when you place your order.

Located in Britain’s First City

Feast is situated at the bottom of North Hill at the site of the “North Gate” in Colchester, Britain’s first city and former Roman capital.  The original gate was built as part of the town wall circuit in the late 1st Century AD and provided access to the river Colne and the northern suburbs of Colchester.  North Gate remained in use for many centuries and was finally demolished in 1823.
