BY ACCESSING, BROWSING, AND/OR USING THE PAGES OR SERVICES POSTED ON THE WEBSITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. YOU CONSENT TO RECEIVE REQUIRED NOTICES (IF ANY).  YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE.  IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS, BROWSE, OR USE THE WEBSITE.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE ORDERS

  1. Persons with food allergies must make Feast Colchester Ltd aware by phone or email and wait for acknowledgment BEFORE placing their order.
  2. Payment by “Cash on Delivery” must be made as soon as the order is delivered.
  3. Orders to be consumed on the day of delivery.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUFFETS

  1. Food
  • Buffets should be eaten on the day of delivery only.
  • Due to production methods, Feast cannot guarantee no traces of any allergens in any of our food.
  • Buffets are delivered on re-usable platters.  These must be kept at the place of delivery (unless agreed otherwise with Feast) and will be collected by Feast a mutually convenient time.  Unreturned buffet platters will be charged at £2 + VAT per platter and must be paid by the person who places the Buffet order.
  • Sandwich Fillings and Buffet Extras are examples only, actual products may vary.  All items are subject to availability.  Although we take reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions and details of goods appearing on our website are correct, the information may change due to supplier shortages/changes.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders if, due to unforeseeable circumstances, for example severe weather conditions, we are unable to deliver ordered goods.
  • Menu or nutritional information provided is for informational purposes and assumes that our suppliers restaurants have complied with Food Safety requirements.  The nutrition information listed is based on standard recipes and product formulations, however slight variations may occur due to season of the year, use of an alternate supplier and/or small differences in product assembly. If you have questions about the products, procedures, or ingredients, please contact Feast directly.

2. Ordering

  • Orders must be placed a minimum of 24 hours before the Buffet is delivered. Any amendments must also be made with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. 
  • Cancellations should be made by 12pm the day before the Buffet is due to be delivered. Cancellations made after this time will be charged at full price.
  • It is the responsibility of the person who places the order for the Buffet to make Feast Colchester Ltd (Feast) aware if anyone eating the Buffet has any food allergies or intolerances.
  • V.A.T. will be charged on all Buffet items at the current rate.

3. Payment

    • Buffets ordered online can be paid using a credit/debit card or Paypal.
    • Customers who order online using “cash on delivery” must ensure the correct amount of monies is handed to the driver at the time the Buffet is delivered.
    • Customers who pay by invoice must pay within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments will be subject to a £5 administration charge per week.
    • In the event of non-payment, Feast will make a claim in the Small Claims Court. This will incur a further administration charge of £100, plus court costs.

We may change the Terms at any time in our sole discretion.  The changed Terms will be effective immediately upon posting and, by continuing to use the Website, you agree to the new Terms.  You are responsible for staying informed of any changes.  If you do not agree to the new Terms, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the Website.
